• Submit a signed letter on your company letterhead verifying the completion of your project mentoring
• Complete the assignment demonstrating your ability to effectively deploy and manage a Lean Six Sigma program 

In lieu of certification, you may opt to receive a Certificate of Completion for the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt course by reviewing all lessons and by completing the assignment. A Certificate of Completion is proof that you have successfully completed the course, and it does not denote "certification" as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Mentoring is not included with the Certificate of Completion option, but may be added as needed.
