Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Requirements:

• Review all lessons
• Obtain an 80% on the Assessment Quiz
• Submit a PowerPoint presentation of your completed project that shows the use of at least one tool for each DMAIC phase
• Submit a signed letter on your company letterhead verifying the project's completion

In lieu of certification, you may opt to receive a Certificate of Completion for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course by reviewing all lessons and by obtaining at least an 80% on the Assessment quiz. A Certificate of Completion is proof that you have successfully completed the course, and it does not denote "certification" as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Mentoring is not available and projects are not required with the Certificate of Completion option.
