The Quality Improvement Manager is a licensed clinician who oversees the Quality Improvement Department. The manager oversees HIPAA compliance, audits, and client records. The manager also supports programs that maximize revenue through efficiency improvements and provides training to support procedures, laws, MediCal/EPSDT, MAA, TEAM, and ACCESS.
